Wright Property Management is the company that the Shelby Park board chose to assist us in managing and maintaining our properties - so that we can continue to see our property values increase.

    Our Homeowner's Association dues are payable by  January 1st  of each year.  They are needed  for various repairs that the HOA is responsible for; such as our alley ways and the common area being manicured and maintained. 
    We also host several activities for the neighborhood including our annual yard sale, National Night Out and our Annual meeting and Christmas Celebration so please pay your dues in a timely manner.
